If you've been doing a little too much 'Holidaying' and think it's time to stretch those muscles, why not join us for our morning PaddleFit sessions? Suitable for all ages and abilities, these classes incorporate stretching, cardio, yoga and toning, all while having fun on a Paddleboard!

Paddle Fit is great for a morning workout! With a focus on core strength, you can tone, stretch and strengthen those muscles. With small class sizes, your instructor will personalise the level to all involved, to ensure everyone gets the right workout for them. Suitable for all ages and abilities, this is the most fun way to exercise that we have ever found!
